“I installed 3G evo wingle on 03.1 14 eversince i am complaining to ptcl for improving the speed,but to no avail. I have prepaid the usb and one months dues in advance. the staff at 1218 acts friendly but are good for nothing as no remedy comes my way.today my down load speed is .5 mb and upload speed is only .2 mb which is insufficient to run any programme. can someone find a remedy for my predicament.”
